Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking a skilled Photographer to support Homes.com and Apartments.com with 3-D tours, floor plans, and residential photography. You will cover defined territories, coordinate appointments, and work closely with clients, sales teams, and logistics to deliver compelling marketing imagery.

The role requires real estate photography experience, driver’s license, and the ability to operate Matterport Pro3 and drone equipment. A FAA Part 107 license or certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate photography required.
• Ability to capture high-quality 3-D tours and photography.
• Drone photography experience and FAA Part 107 license preferred or required within 30 days of offer.
• Strong time management and detail orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional in client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Capture 3-D virtual tours and floor plans using Matterport Pro3.
• Produce high-quality photography for Homes.com and Apartments.com.
• Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch to maximize appointments.
• Communicate with clients, sales, and management to set priorities.
• Identify new inventory and ensure coverage of market areas.
• Adhere to safety standards for vehicle and equipment usage.
• Represent CoStar professionally in all interactions.
• Participate in calls with sales and research teams as needed.
