Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking an Associate Photographer to cover residential and commercial properties, creating virtual tours and floor plans using Matterport Pro3 cameras. You will shoot photos for Homes.com and Apartments.com, manage client relationships, and coordinate with internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

We value proactive, detail‑oriented professionals with real estate photography experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work independently in the field.

Qualifications

• Real estate photography experience is required.
• At least 2 years of professional photography experience.
• FAA Part 107 drone license or license to be obtained within 30 days of offer.
• High School Diploma or GED required; photography degree/cert is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Capture 3-D virtual tours and floor plans using Matterport Pro3 cameras.
• Photograph residential properties for marketing purposes.
• Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments.
• Communicate professionally with clients, sales staff, and management.
• Identify new inventory and ensure complete data coverage for a market.
