CoStar Group, Inc. is seeking an Associate Photographer to support Homes.com and Apartments.com through 3-D virtual tours, floor plans, and photography for residential properties.

You will manage a defined territory, schedule shoots, and capture high‑quality imagery that markets spaces to owners and renters. The role requires real estate photography experience, a valid driver’s license, and FAA Part 107 certification within 30 days of offer.

Qualifications

• Real Estate Photography experience is required.
• Experience working as a professional photographer, or a recently earned degree in photography.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Strong customer service experience with a client first mindset.
• FAA Part 107 license required within 30 days of offer.
• Candidates must possess a current and valid driver’s license; driving record check will be performed.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and Apple iOS.

Responsabilités

• Capture beautiful 3-D virtual tours and footprints.
• Create a portfolio of photographs to best feature homes and apartments.
• Work closely with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands.
• Communicate professionally with clients, sales, researcher partners, and management to evaluate priorities.
• Identify new inventory, missing availability, and commercial properties to be photographed when not shooting residential homes.
• Abide by CoStar safety standards to safeguard company vehicle and equipment.
• Represent CoStar in a professional manner at all times.
• Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.
