Job summary

CoStar Group, Inc. is seeking Associate Photographers to capture 3‑D virtual tours, floor plans, and photography for Homes.com and Apartments.com. You will work in a defined territory, scheduling scans with Matterport Pro3 cameras, and create marketable property imagery.

The role requires real estate photography experience, strong customer service, and the ability to drive and manage data entry. You will collaborate with sales, logistics, and management while maintaining safety and professional

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional experience.
• Track record of commitment to prior employers.
• Real Estate Photography experience required.
• Experience working as a professional photographer, or a recently earned degree in photography.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Strong customer service experience with a client‑first mindset.
• FAA Part 107 Drone license/certification obtained within 30 days of offer.
• Strong time management skills and very detail‑oriented.
• Capability to accurately capture and enter data.
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and Internet applications. Additionally, Apple iOS products.
• Enjoys working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Field experience preferred.
• Must possess a current and valid driver’s license.
• Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Capture 3‑D virtual tours and floor plans using Matterport Pro3, photography to showcase homes and apartments.
• Create a portfolio of photos highlighting properties for Homes.com and Apartments.com.
• Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments.
• Communicate professionally with clients, sales and research teams to set priorities and tasks.
• Navigate one‑mile grids to ensure complete market data coverage.
