CoStar Group, Inc. is seeking an Associate Photographer to build a portfolio of high-quality real estate imagery for Homes.com and Apartments.com. Responsibilities include scanning homes with Matterport Pro3 to create virtual tours and floor plans, plus residential photography for marketing.

The role involves coordinating with scheduling, ensuring coverage, and maintaining professional client relations. A valid driver’s license and FAA Part 107 license are required or obtained shortly after

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional photography experience.
• Real estate photography experience required.
• Drone photography experience with FAA Part 107 license/certification.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Matterport Pro3 is a plus.
• Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office, and Apple iOS.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality real estate photography for Homes.com and Apartments.com.
• Scan homes with Matterport Pro3 to create virtual tours and floor plans.
• Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments.
• Communicate effectively with clients, sales, and management.
• Identify new inventory and ensure comprehensive property coverage.
• Follow CoStar safety standards for vehicle and equipment.
• Represent CoStar professionally at all times.
• Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams.
