Job summary

CoStar Group seeks an Associate Photographer to support Homes.com and Apartments.com with 3-D virtual tours, floor plans, and photography for residential properties.

You’ll manage appointments, coordinate with teams, and professionally interact with clients while following safety standards. Drone license and real estate photography experience preferred; field work and weekend rotation expected.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional experience in photography, preferably real estate photography.
• FAA Part 107 Drone license/certification obtained within 30 days of offer.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Capture 3-D virtual tours and floor plans using Matterport Pro3 and photography equipment.
• Create a portfolio of property photos to showcase homes and apartments.
• Coordinate with scheduling/dispatch teams to maximize appointments.
• Communicate professionally with clients, sales, researchers, and management.
• Identify new inventory and ensure complete market data coverage when not shooting interiors.
