Job summary

CoStar Group, Inc. is seeking an Associate Photographer in Atlanta to capture 3-D virtual tours and photos for Homes.com and Apartments.com. You will handle Matterport scans, floor plans, and residential photography, servicing a defined territory with clients in the market.

The role involves coordinating with scheduling teams, delivering high-quality visuals, and maintaining professional client relations. A real estate photography background and a valid driver’s license are required; FAA Part

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional photography experience.
• Real estate photography experience required.
• Drone photography with FAA Part 107 license preferred if offered.

Responsibilities

• Capture 3-D virtual tours and footprints for Homes.com and Apartments.com.
• Create a portfolio of photographs showcasing homes and apartments.
• Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments.
• Communicate professionally with clients, sales, and management.
• Identify new inventory and ensure complete property data coverage.
• Follow safety standards for vehicle and equipment use.
• Represent CoStar in a professional manner.
• Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams.
