Job summary

PLACE is seeking an Operations Coordinator to build and own the systems that drive client experiences, internal communications, and office operations. You will support recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing coaching while maintaining efficient workflows and a strong team culture.

You’ll coordinate listings, scheduling, and events, ensure data integrity, and help drive referrals. A detail-focused, proactive, and organized mindset is essential to succeed in this role.

• Experience building and refining business systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Build, implement, maintain, and OWN systems for client experiences, internal comms, calendar, social media presence, office management, client care, and events.
• Support recruiting efforts: post ads, call recruits, schedule interviews.
• Own onboarding process and trainings (in-person and virtual).
• Ensure productivity rhythms support agent effectiveness and timely closings.
• Plan events to drive referrals and maintain expense control.
