Job summary

PLACE, a Greenville, SC-based real estate team, is seeking an Operations Coordinator to build and own the systems that deliver excellent client service, internal communication, and team efficiency.

You will onboard agents, coordinate listings and marketing, manage data in MLS and Brivity, plan client events, and support recruiting. This is a full-time, in-office role with occasional evenings and weekends to ensure smooth operations and growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in an operations/administrative role.
• Experience in real estate industry preferred.
• Proven ability to improve existing systems and processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, implement and maintain systems for client service and internal communication.
• Support recruiting by posting ads, calling recruits, and scheduling appointments.
• Own onboarding, trainings, and agent productivity rhythms.
• Coordinate listings, photography, staging, and MLS data entry.
• Manage expenses and protect team time through process discipline.
• Create and maintain the operations manual and ensure compliance.
