Job summary

McMichael & Gray, PC is seeking a Receptionist/Postcloser to join our real estate law team. The ideal candidate is a team player with a professional and positive demeanor.

Responsibilities include greeting clients and visitors, answering and screening calls, directing mail, faxes and deliveries, and assisting with copying, scanning, faxing, and emailing. Benefits include medical, dental, vision coverage after 60 days, 401K with employer matching after one year, and PTO/sick time after 90 days

Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients and visitors upon arrival at reception.
• Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls in a professional manner.
• Observing business etiquette, and maintaining a professional appearance.
• Directing the flow of mail, faxes, and deliveries to reach the intended recipients.
• Ordering and replenishing office supplies.
• Assisting with copying, scanning, faxing, and emailing, whenever needed
• Preparing refreshments, if needed
