Job summary

McMichael & Gray, PC is seeking a Receptionist/Post-closer to join our real estate law practice. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a professional demeanor and outstanding customer service skills, able to multitask in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, handling calls, directing mail and deliveries, basic office duties, and assisting with copying, scanning, and emailing as needed. Prior experience with SoftPro Select is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with real estate closing support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients and visitors upon arrival at reception.
• Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls in a professional manner.
• Observing business etiquette, maintaining a professional appearance.
• Directing the flow of mail, faxes, and deliveries to reach the intended recipients.
• Ordering and replenishing office supplies.
• Assisting with copying, scanning, faxing, and emailing, whenever needed
• Preparing refreshments, if needed
