The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, handle front-desk duties, support post-closer/disbursement activities for real estate transactions, and maintain an organized office. Experience with SoftPro Select is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients and visitors at reception.
• Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls professionally.
• Maintaining business etiquette and professional appearance.
• Directing mail, faxes, and deliveries to recipients.
• Ordering and replenishing office supplies.
• Assisting with copying, scanning, faxing, and emailing as needed.
• Preparing refreshments when required.
