Troutman Pepper Locke LLP seeks a Knowledge Management Attorney for Real Estate to organize and develop content, lead KM strategies, and implement technology across Real Estate, Construction, MFH, and Public Finance teams.

The role involves building model documents, drafting guidance, and training materials, while tracking ROI of KM projects and collaborating with KM leadership to advance practice support.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of law firm experience in KM/innovation or relevant practice groups.
• Deep expertise in workflows and needs of real estate, construction, MFH, and public finance attorneys.
• Demonstrated experience in knowledge management, legal research, and practice support.
• Proficiency with legal technology, project management, and business planning.
• Proficiency in legal research databases and KM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as embedded KM expert and liaison for assigned practice groups.
• Own curation of knowledge artifacts in KM databases and libraries.
• Develop, implement, maintain KM strategies and systems tailored to groups.
• Create, organize, and maintain model documents, precedents, and drafting guidance.
• Capture feedback to improve KM tools and processes.
• Review materials and monitor market trends; track KM tech developments.
• Identify gaps and curate targeted attorney contributions for KM.
• Plan and execute KM innovation projects with ROI and progress tracking.
• Collaborate with leadership to evaluate and implement new KM technologies.
• Champion technology adoption and change management for KM program.
• Support training needs with KM-related materials and demonstrations.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of firm, attorney, and client information.
