The ideal candidate has a JD, 5+ years in relevant practice areas, and a strong track record in knowledge management, legal research, and technology integration within a law firm.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of law firm experience in Insurance + Reinsurance Litigation, Insurance Transactional + Regulatory, Intellectual Property, and Privacy + Cyber practice groups.
• Proven experience with knowledge management, legal research, and practice support; use of KM tools and technologies.
• Proficiency in legal research databases and knowledge management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as embedded KM expert and liaison for assigned practice groups.
• Own and lead curation of knowledge artifacts in the firm’s KM database.
• Develop, implement, maintain KM strategies and systems tailored to practice needs.
• Create, organize, and maintain model documents, precedents, and drafting guidance.
• Track market trends and developments in legal technology; monitor KM tools.
• Vet and execute KM innovation projects aligned with firm goals; report progress.
