Job summary

Troutman Pepper Locke LLP seeks a Knowledge Management Attorney – Real Estate to organize and develop knowledge resources for Real Estate, Construction, MFH, and Public Finance teams. This role drives KM technology adoption, develops training materials, and drafts internal and external thought leadership content to improve operational efficiency.

Required five years in a law firm KM/innovation environment, JD, active bar membership, and experience with KM tools such as document management

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of law firm experience in KM/innovation.
• Deep expertise in workflows and needs of Real Estate, Construction, MFH, and public finance.
• Experience with knowledge management tools and document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as embedded KM expert and liaison for assigned practice groups.
• Own and lead curation of knowledge artifacts in KM databases and libraries.
• Develop, implement, maintain KM strategies tailored to practice groups.
• Create, organize, and maintain model documents, precedents, and drafting resources.
• Capture user feedback to improve KM tools and processes.
• Review materials to provide expertise on legal, market, and tech trends.
