Qualifications

• JD degree from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing.
• Minimum five (5) years of law firm experience.
• Knowledge management and practice support experience.
• Experience with legal tech, project management, and business planning.

Responsibilities

• Serve as embedded KM expert for Insurance + IP practice groups.
• Own and lead curation of knowledge artifacts in KM databases.
• Develop and assess KM strategies and systems for assigned groups.
• Create, organize, and maintain model documents and templates.
• Capture user feedback to improve KM tools and processes.
• Review materials to stay current on market trends and tech developments.
• Identify gaps and curate contributions to knowledge base content.
• Plan and execute KM innovation projects with ROI focus.
• Collaborate with KM leadership to evaluate new technologies.
• Champion technology adoption and organizational change.
