Job summary

Troutman Pepper is seeking a Knowledge Management Attorney for the Real Estate practice to organize and develop knowledge resources across Construction, MFH, Public Finance, and Real Estate groups. Responsibilities

• Serve as embedded KM expert for Real Estate practice groups.
• Own and lead curation of knowledge artifacts in KM databases and libraries.
• Develop and maintain KM strategies tailored to practice groups.
• Create and maintain model documents, precedents, and drafting guidance.
• Capture user feedback to improve KM tools and processes.
• Review materials for legal, market, and practical insights; track trends.
• Identify gaps and curate targeted attorney contributions.
• Plan and execute KM innovation projects with ROI tracking.
• Collaborate with KM leadership to evaluate new technologies.
• Champion technology adoption and change management.
• Collaborate with KM, AI, and Practice Management to identify needs.
• Support lateral onboarding with KM goals and resources.
• Conduct knowledge succession planning and document key processes.
• Work with Administrative Departments on firm-wide KM initiatives.
• Develop training materials and online resources to promote adoption.
• Demonstrate KM value via live demos and success stories.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and propose improvements.
• Maintain confidentiality of firm, attorney, and client information.
