Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school required.
• Minimum five years of law firm KM/innovation experience.
• Deep expertise in real estate, construction, MFH, and public finance.
• Proficiency with knowledge management tools and legal tech.
• Strong project management and stakeholder liaison skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as embedded KM expert and liaison for assigned practice groups.
• Own curation of knowledge artifacts in KM databases and libraries.
• Develop, implement, maintain KM strategies tailored to assigned groups.
• Create and maintain model documents, forms, precedents, and resources.
• Capture user feedback to improve KM tools and processes.
• Review internal/external materials to track market trends and best practices.
• Identify gaps and curate attorney contributions.
• Plan and execute KM innovation projects with ROI tracking.
• Collaborate with KM leadership to evaluate and implement new technologies.
• Champion technology adoption and organizational change.
• Collaborate with KM, AI Partners and Practice Management.
• Support lateral onboarding with KM goals and resources.
• Conduct knowledge succession planning and document workflows.
• Develop training materials and online resources.
• Facilitate live demos, pilots and success stories to drive adoption.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Maintain confidentiality of firm, attorney, and client information.
