Qualifications

• JD degree from ABA-accredited law school.
• Minimum five (5) years of law firm experience in KM/innovation or related practice groups.
• Deep knowledge of KM workflows for real estate, construction, MFH, and public finance.
• Experience with legal research, KM platforms, and document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as embedded KM expert for assigned practice groups.
• Own curation of knowledge artifacts in KM databases and libraries.
• Develop and assess KM strategies and systems for assigned groups.
• Create, organize, and maintain model documents, precedents, and templates.
• Capture user feedback to improve KM tools and processes.
• Identify gaps and curate attorney contributions to the knowledge base.
• Plan and execute KM innovation projects with measurable ROI.
