Job summary

Troutman Pepper Locke LLP seeks a Knowledge Management Attorney for Real Estate to organize content, promote KM tools, and deliver training. You will support practice groups including Construction, MFH, Public Finance, and Real Estate, driving efficiency and knowledge sharing across the firm.

You will collaborate with KM leadership to implement new technologies, manage precedents, templates, and practice area resources, and ensure accessibility of knowledge assets firm-wide.

Qualifications

• JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Proven experience in knowledge management within a law firm or professional services.
• Strong knowledge of document management systems and legal research databases.

Responsibilities

• Serve as KM expert and liaison for assigned practice groups.
• Own and lead curation of knowledge artifacts in KM databases.
• Develop, implement, and assess KM strategies and systems.
