Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in business development or sales in real estate.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to increase market share and revenue in Welkom and surrounding areas.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic alliances and partnerships.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including developers, investors, corporate clients, and industry professionals.
