Qualifications

• Strong understanding of construction processes and building codes.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Familiarity with Welkom and Free State property market is advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Project and Office Suite.

About the Role

Our client, a progressive real estate development firm, is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Real Estate Development Manager to spearhead projects in the Welkom, Free State region.
