Job summary

SoftPro, a Fidelity National Financial company, is seeking a Real Estate Customer Solutions Analyst in Raleigh, NC or remote. You will resolve issues in SoftPro applications, assist with trust account reconciliations, and document resolutions in our tracking system.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced team are essential. Experience with Real Estate Closing and Title Insurance procedures is required; West Coast experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years of previous Customer Service experience
• Experience with Real Estate Closing and Title Insurance procedures
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem solving, troubleshooting, analysis, and testing skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Windows operating system

Responsibilities

• Resolve Real Estate industry application issues for SoftPro applications (primarily SoftPro Select) and accompany services/utilities
• Assist customers with tasks including CDF/file balancing and reconciliation of trust accounts in the Real Estate closing process
• Accurately document all issues, resolutions, and collect feedback in support tracking software
• Provide high level customer service to each customer at all times
• Manage multiple priorities and product knowledge across SoftPro products
• Additional duties as assigned
