Job summary

SoftPro, the leading real estate closing and title insurance software provider, is seeking a Product Manager to join the Product organization. This role can be located at our Raleigh, NC HQ with a hybrid schedule, or fully remote for candidates who can work East Coast hours.

You will define the strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for our SaaS products, collaborating with Engineering, Architecture, Product Owners, Analysts, UX, and QA to translate complex needs into prioritized

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Product management, product ownership, or equivalent delivering complex software products or platform capabilities.
Experience managing Product Owners and/or Product Managers in a high-growth, cross-functional product organization.
Demonstrated success defining and launching software products from concept through release and outcome measurement.
Ability to work with engineers, architects, database specialists, and other technical professionals to translate complex concepts into clear business outcomes.
Must be able to travel 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and outcomes.
Lead discovery and translate complex workflows into prioritized requirements and acceptance criteria.
Manage and coach Product Owners and delivery teams across multiple squads.
Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, UX, QA, and data teams to ensure product success.
Communicate progress, decisions, and outcomes to stakeholders and executives.
