Job summary

SoftPro is seeking a Real Estate Customer Solutions Analyst to join our Customer Solutions team in Raleigh, NC (hybrid) or remote. The role focuses on resolving Real Estate application issues across SoftPro applications, primarily SoftPro Select, and supporting related services.

Key duties include assisting customers with CDF/file balancing and trust reconciliations, documenting issues and resolutions, and delivering excellent service while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Experience with Real Estate Closing and Title Insurance procedures.
West Coast Escrow & Closing process experience is a plus.
Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Strong Problem Solving, troubleshooting, analysis, and testing skills.
2 years of previous Customer Service experience.

Responsibilities

Resolve Real Estate application issues for SoftPro applications, primarily SoftPro Select and accompanying services/utilities.
Assist customers with tasks including CDF/file balancing and trust account reconciliations.
Document customer issues and resolutions in support tracking software.
Provide high level customer service and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
