SoftPro, a leading provider of real estate closing software, seeks a customer support specialist in Raleigh or remote settings. You will resolve application issues and assist with CDF/file balancing and trust account reconciliations.

Documentation of issues and resolutions is essential, along with maintaining high customer service as priorities shift across products. Candidates should have Real Estate Closing knowledge, strong problem solving, and excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with Real Estate Closing and Title Insurance procedures.
• Strong problem solving, troubleshooting, analysis and testing skills.
• Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal abilities.
• 2 years of Customer Service experience.

Responsibilities

• Resolve Real Estate industry application issues for SoftPro applications, primarily SoftPro Select.
• Assist customers with tasks such as CDF/file balancing and reconciliation of trust accounts.
• Accurately document all customer issues, resolution steps, and gather feedback in tracking software.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and handle multiple priorities across products.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
