SoftPro seeks a Real Estate Customer Solutions Analyst to join our Customer Solutions team. This role can be located in Raleigh, NC or work remotely, with East/Central hours aligning to local time.

You will support Real Estate closing processes and SoftPro applications while maintaining excellent customer service. Ideal candidates bring Real Estate closing experience, strong problem solving and communication, and comfort working in a fast-paced team.

Formación

• Experience with Real Estate Closing and Title Insurance procedures.
• Experience with West Coast Escrow & Closing process a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• 2 years of previous Customer Service experience.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve Real Estate industry application issues for SoftPro applications, primarily SoftPro Select.
• Assist customers with tasks including but not limited to CDF/file balancing and reconciliation of trust accounts.
• Accurately document all customer issues and resolutions in support tracking software.
• Provide a high level of customer service to each customer.
• Manage multiple priorities and knowledge of multiple products and their features.
• Other duties as assigned.
