Prospect Equities in Chicago is seeking a tenacious Recruiter to help grow our roster of agents. You MUST have Chicagoland real estate brokerage experience and be licensed as a broker to align with our market and the unique solutions we offer.

We provide a high-earning potential with a base salary of $40k plus commissions, no cap on commissions, and robust benefits including medical after 90 days, an HSA, 401(k) company matching, and generous paid vacation/holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have Chicagoland real estate brokerage experience.
• Licensed real estate broker in Illinois.
• Professional appearance and conduct with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage advertising and job boards to build applicant flow.
• Handle full recruiting lifecycle: resume review, phone screens, onboarding.
• Use ATS to maintain candidate files and disposition status.
• Conduct initial phone screens and present qualified candidates to management.
• Reach out to warm leads provided by marketing daily.
• Promote Prospect Equities brand professionally at all times.

TheProspect Equities'full service brokerage model has what agents want: Commission structures up to 100%, a 5-tier fully unlocked revenue sharing platform, patent-pending in-house lead generation software developed by our internal engineering department, one-on-one marketing support, and personal agent training.

We are looking for a tenacious and motivated Recruiter to help us continue expanding our roster of agents. You MUST have Chicagoland real estate brokerage experienced for this role. The reason is simple, if you know the local market and landscape of the business, you will easily be able to sell/promote what we have designed. There is simply no brokerage that offers what we have invented. Machine-Learning Software for exclusive territories that show you exact households statistically ready to move, predictive analysis for all active listings corresponding to investment expectations, and forecasting models on future real estate values.

The Recruiter will contribute to the ongoing success of hiring new agents using proven recruiting methods and will align with and enhance the company recruiting strategy. The ideal candidate will be someone with a background in real estate, currently licensed as a broker, be very professional in appearance and conduct, and have proficient written and oral communication skills.

Recruiting Duties

• Manage advertising and job board platforms to ensure a consistent applicant pipeline
• Manages the full recruiting lifecycle to include resume review, phone screen, and new employee onboarding
• Utilizes applicant tracking system to maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment and applicant files and proper disposition of candidates
• Conduct initial phone screens with candidates to assess skill and cultural fit and present qualified candidates to management
• Contact warm leads daily that are provided by our marketing department
• Positively promote the Prospect Equities brand at all times
