Prospect Equities in Chicago is seeking a tenacious Recruiter to help grow our roster of agents. You MUST have Chicagoland real estate brokerage experience and be licensed as a broker to align with our market and the unique solutions we offer.
We provide a high-earning potential with a base salary of $40k plus commissions, no cap on commissions, and robust benefits including medical after 90 days, an HSA, 401(k) company matching, and generous paid vacation/holidays.

We are looking for a tenacious and motivated Recruiter to help us continue expanding our roster of agents. You MUST have Chicagoland real estate brokerage experienced for this role. The reason is simple, if you know the local market and landscape of the business, you will easily be able to sell/promote what we have designed. There is simply no brokerage that offers what we have invented. Machine-Learning Software for exclusive territories that show you exact households statistically ready to move, predictive analysis for all active listings corresponding to investment expectations, and forecasting models on future real estate values.
