Job summary

CPS, Inc. in the Western Suburbs of Chicago is seeking a Recruiter to build and manage a full-cycle recruiting desk, partnering with companies to locate top talent and grow a book of business.

You will source, interview, present candidates, develop client relationships, and stay current on hiring trends. Training and mentorship accompany a competitive base salary and uncapped commission in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do

As a Recruiter, with the support and guidance of a Recruiting Manager, you will build and manage a full-cycle recruiting desk while partnering with companies to help them find top talent.
In this role, the Recruiter will:

• Build relationships with candidates and guide them through the hiring process.

• Develop new client relationships and grow your own book of business.
