Responsibilities

Graduate from our Agent Launch — a 86‑day program teaching all you need to know to be a successful Realtor.
Work with buyers to find homes, write offers, and get them accepted.
Provide detailed written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria.
Write and negotiate offers on behalf of agents and clients.
Generate a minimum of 10 hours of lead generation per week, make appointments, and convert leads.
Conduct three open houses monthly.
Participate in team activities and maintain a strong presence in the office (minimum 3 days per week).
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, trainings, and partner calls.
Track tasks and activities using PLACE technology.

Qualifications

You are a motivated Realtor hungry for success and willing to learn. You excel at building rapport, listening, and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strengths, and overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator with a desire to grow personally and professionally, give back to your community, and make an impact.
