Responsibilities

Graduate from our Agent Launch: We have a super dialed 86‑day launch that teaches you all you need to know to be a successful Realtor in today’s market. The average agent closes (or pending) 3.4 transactions during this time, seasoned agent is 9.3.

• Work with buyers to find them the perfect home, write the offer, and get it accepted.
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria.
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients.
• Work with sellers to go on listing appointments, convert and market the home.
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week, make appointments & convert.
• Conduct three open houses monthly.
• Participate in team activities per team standards.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 Coaching, Training and Partner Call.
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology.

We have great training around all of this, including in‑person sessions, scripts, dialing, door knocking, and social media. Agents are expected to show up 3 or more days a week to the office, be full‑time, attend client events, practice, and drive extensively.

Qualifications

You are a motivated Realtor, hungry for success and willing to learn. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others, and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strengths. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator, have a desire to grow both personally & professionally, want to give back to your community & make an impact.
