Responsibilities

• Graduate from our Agent Launch training program.
• Work with buyers to find them the perfect home, write the offer, and get it accepted.
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria.
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients.
• Work with sellers to go on listing appointments, convert and market the home.
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week, make appointments and convert.
• Conduct three open houses monthly.
• Participate in team activities per team standards.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, training and partner calls.
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology.

Qualifications

• Possess a current REAL ESTATE License.
• People oriented and driven.
• Will show up to all team meetings (in‑person and virtual).
• Positive, happy attitude.
• Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car.
• Ability to analyze clients’ needs and wants and match them to homes.
• Learning based & coachable.
• Ambitious with proven ability to succeed.
• High school graduate.
• Team player.
• 2+ years of real‑estate sales experience (must be licensed).
• Organized.
• Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues.
• Excellent time management skills.
