Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year institution.
• Florida educator certification or willingness to pursue.
• Experience in a K-12 classroom setting preferred.
• Content-area proficiency in Math and/or ELA.

Responsibilities

• Teach CSI small groups for reading and/or math to students at academic risk.
• Collaborate with general education teachers to coordinate support.
• Implement state standards and IDEA curricula and assessments.
• Deliver grade-level instruction and relevant content objectives.
• Submit weekly lesson plans two weeks in advance for feedback.
• Use assessments to monitor progress and adjust plans weekly.
• Communicate student progress weekly with families.
• Maintain behavior management aligned to campus initiatives.
