Job summary

ASU EdPlus is seeking an Re-Entry Enrollment Specialist to support former ASU students returning to their studies. You will guide applicants through re-application, readmission, and enrollment steps while maintaining proactive, clear communication across channels.

You will collaborate with Enrollment Services, colleges, Financial Aid, and the Registrar to resolve barriers and ensure a smooth re-entry experience for diverse student populations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of experience in the field or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Experience guiding others through admissions, readmission, and enrollment processes.
• Experience working with online programs and students in higher education.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a caseload of stopped-out/non-term-active students, guiding them to re-enrollment.
• Manage RFIs and conduct case reviews to identify pathways and barriers to return.
• Guide students through re-application, readmission, and enrollment steps.
• Maintain proactive communication through approved outreach channels to reduce stalled re-entry attempts.
• Coordinate with Enrollment Services, colleges, Financial Aid, Registrar, and other units to resolve barriers.
• Document interactions and analyze caseload data for trends and process improvements.
