Job summary

Concorde Career Colleges is seeking a Reentry Advisor to support student retention and re-enrollment efforts. You will maintain regular contact with former, absent, and at-risk students to encourage persistence and return to school.

You will coordinate re-entry opportunities and help students overcome barriers to enrollment. Working with campus leadership and student services teams, you will track engagement activities, support retention initiatives, and help promote positive outcomes across the

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of professional experience in student services or retention preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily outreach to former students via phone calls, email, text messages, and other communication methods to encourage re-entry and continued enrollment.
• Maintain ongoing contact with prospective re-entry students and document outreach activities, follow-up efforts, and outcomes in designated systems.
• Meet with students who are considering withdrawal to discuss available resources, re-entry opportunities, and next steps for returning to school.
• Contact absent students to identify barriers to attendance, provide support resources, and encourage continued participation.
• Participate in weekly campus accountability meetings and provide updates on student outreach activities and re-entry progress.
• Support campus re-entry initiatives and retention efforts designed to increase student re-enrollment and persistence.
• Assist the Student Affairs team in connecting students with internal and external support services that promote student success and re-entry goals.
• Provide excellent customer service to students, alumni, and community partners while promoting student success and retention while adhering to confidentiality requirements and company policies.
