Job summary

Southeastern College is seeking a Re-entry Coordinator to re-enroll and advise students who previously dropped from the campus. This onsite role collaborates with Financial Aid and Academic departments to guide students through the re-entry process and ensure successful degree completion.

The role requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and strong consultative/service skills. The position emphasizes student success and coordination across campus offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required for Re-entry Coordinator role.
• Experience in consultative/customer service and relationship building.
• Experience in career counseling or business consulting valued.

Responsibilities

• Identify obstacles to re-enrollment and develop action plans.
• Make outbound calls and emails to drop students and reentry prospects.
• Coordinate with Financial Aid, Bursar and Academic departments to finalize reentry steps.
• Monitor progress during the first week of class and ensure readiness for start.
