Arizona State University EdPlus is seeking an EdPlus Re-Entry Lead to empower a team of Re-Entry Specialists. You will guide outreach to undergraduate and graduate students paused in their studies and collaborate with financial aid, advising, and academic units to re-enter students effectively.

The role focuses on strategic program development, coaching quality, and scalable processes that support student persistence and degree completion across ASU’s digital learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Evidence of supervisory/leadership experience in a customer service/support environment.
• Experience supporting online programs and working with students returning to higher education after stopping out.
• Demonstrated ability to develop, facilitate, and maintain relationships with various populations.
• Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and communicating professionally via multi-channel platforms.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops a Re-Entry coaching team to re-engage paused-out students.
• Manages performance, training, and staff development in a results-driven culture.
• Oversees quality of coaching interactions and student outcomes to improve re-enrollment.
• Collaborates with financial aid, student business services, and academic units to smooth re-entry.
• Directs operations, scheduling, and resources to deliver excellent service aligned with department goals.
• Maintains training resources and coaches opportunities for staff development.
