Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field (experience may be substituted for degree).
• Demonstrates experience in solving practical problems in a timely manner and deal with a variety of variables in solving these problems.
• Synthesizes complex or diverse information, collects and researches data, uses intuition and experience to complement data.
• Strong team-building skills.
• Excellent counseling skills.
• Exceptional technology skills with an emphasis on database management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provides continuous employer-readiness coaching to customers with a criminal history.
• Maintains a caseload and assists customers with job search, resume development, interviewing skills, and other duties related to achieving employment.
• Develops academic and career plans with customers and coordinates WorkOne services and training opportunities.
• Refers customers to in-house training or external programs and maintains documentation and reporting.
• Promotes WorkOne products and resources to customers and ensures timely reporting of outcomes.
