Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Phoenix, AZ to deliver in-home ABA therapy to children with Autism. The role offers both part-time and full-time schedules with a pay range of $18–$28 per hour and weekly compensation.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB (Required)
• Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation (Required)
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required)
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges
