Succeed ABA Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home, one-to-one ABA services to children with Autism. This role emphasizes data collection, coordination with supervisors, and adherence to ABA best practices.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required as per BACB standards.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Strong communication with coworkers, supervisors and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and take feedback.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
• Demonstrate passion for working with clients with developmental/social challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Collect, analyze, and prepare data for presentation.
• Coordinate with program staff to ensure consistency of programming.
