Job summary

Succeed ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our in-home, one-on-one therapy team. You will deliver ABA interventions under supervision, collect data, and track progress for children with Autism ages 1-21.

The role supports flexible part- and full-time schedules, with a focus on building strong relationships with families and collaborating with supervisors to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB is required.
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with autism.
• Effective communication with coworkers, supervisors, and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and accept feedback.
• Passion for helping clients with developmental and social challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation.
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
