Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Mesa, Arizona. This role supports children with autism through in-home, 1:1 ABA services, with flexible part-time or full-time schedules and competitive pay.

You will conduct ABA interventions, collect data, and collaborate with supervisors and families to ensure consistent program delivery and progress.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB (Required).
• Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation (Required).
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required).
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
