Job summary

Succeed ABA Arizona is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support in-home, one-on-one ABA therapy services. Competitive hourly pay ranging from $18 to $28, with both part-time and full-time positions available.

This role emphasizes flexible scheduling, ongoing supervision, and a supportive team in a patient-centered environment. Responsibilities include delivering ABA interventions in natural settings, collecting and analyzing data, and coordinating with program staff to maintain

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB is required.
• Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation is required.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Criminal background check must be passed.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.
