Succeed ABA Therapy seeks Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver in-home, one-on-one ABA services for children with Autism ages 1-21. Earn hourly pay of $18-$28 and enjoy weekly pay with flexible part-time or full-time schedules.

RBT certification and a valid driver’s license are required, along with strong communication and teamwork. The role emphasizes high-quality care, ongoing supervision, and growth opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB is required.
• Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation is required.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and families is essential.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance is required.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
