Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy in Mesa, AZ is seeking dedicated ABA Therapists for part-time and full-time positions. You will provide ABA interventions to children in their homes, delivering 1:1 in-home therapy that supports developmental goals.

Responsibilities include data collection and analysis, presenting progress, and coordinating with program staff to maintain consistent services. RBT certification is required, with a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation and experience with autism.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB (Required)
• Valid Driver’s License, or reliable transportation (Required)
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required)
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges

Responsibilities

• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation
