Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home ABA services for children aged 1-21 in Goodyear, AZ. You will implement behavior intervention plans under supervision, collect data, and adjust strategies in natural environments to support each client's goals.

Part-time and full-time positions are available with weekly pay and a supportive team that emphasizes communication, professional growth, and ongoing feedback.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB (Required).
• Valid Driver's License or reliable transportation (Required).
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required).
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.

Responsibilities
