Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA interventions to clients in their homes or natural settings in Dudley, NC. You will collect data, analyze progress, and coordinate with a support team to ensure consistent program delivery.

The role requires RBT certification from BACB, reliable transportation, and strong communication with families and coworkers. We value learning, feedback, and a passion for helping children with Autism.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB is required.
• Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation is required.
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families is required.
• Must pass a criminal background check is required.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance is required.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions is required.
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges is required.
