Succeed ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Goodyear, AZ to provide high-quality, in-home 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism. The role offers part-time and full-time positions with flexible scheduling and a strong support system from supervisors.

Earn $18-$28 per hour with weekly pay, in a structured, organized environment focused on best practices in ABA and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• RBT certification from BACB is required.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation is required.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder is required.
• Strong communication with co-workers, supervisors, and families is essential.

Job Responsibilities

• Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.

Qualifications:

• RBT Certification from BACB (Required)
• Valid Driver’s License, or reliable transportation (Required)
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required)
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance
