Job summary

Succeed ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Wittmann, Arizona, to join our in-home 1:1 therapy team. This afternoon position offers hourly pay ranging from $20 to $28, with weekly pay and benefits including health insurance.

As an RBT, you will implement ABA interventions, collect data, and coordinate with program staff to ensure consistency. Qualified candidates must hold RBT certification from BACB, have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation, and be

• RBT Certification from BACB is required.
• Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation is required.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder is required.
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.
