Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy in Surprise, AZ is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home and in-person ABA services to children with Autism. The role offers part-time and full-time positions with a pay range of $18–$28 per hour and flexible scheduling.

You will work under supervision, collect data, and coordinate with the team to ensure consistent program delivery. Requirements include RBT certification, valid driver's license, and experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB (Required)
• Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation (Required)
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required)
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions

Responsibilities

• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation
